Mr. Graham, age 67, has served as a director since the company's IPO in October 2015. He has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of HCI Group, Inc. since June 2008. He holds a BS in Accounting from Florida State University, a JD and LLM in Taxation from University of Florida College of Law, and was a licensed CPA from 1982 to 2001.
