About

Anne Marie Cook joined Phathom as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary in June 2025, having previously served as SVP and General Counsel of Sage Therapeutics for nearly a decade and in similar roles at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals and ViaCell. She also spent thirteen years at Biogen Idec and holds a B.S. from Tufts University and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
