About

Arnold Scott has served as a Director since December 2022. He currently serves as a founding member of the Boston Chapter of the Private Directors Association since 2020. He previously served as a director of ChipBrain (2021-2022), director and Vice Chairman of First Commons Bank (2008-2017), director of Perillon Software (2015-2019), and manager on the board of managers of Netcapital Systems LLC (2017-2020). He has also served on several advisory boards and as a member of the board of trustees of Alderson Broaddus University.
