Brad Hively has served as a director since November 2021 and served as Chief Executive Officer from November 2021 through June 30, 2023. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Legacy TOI from 2019 until the Business Combination. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Heritage Provider Network, one of the largest physician groups in the U.S. and a pioneer of value-based care.
