About

Chad Richison is the founder of Paycom and has served as its CEO and President since 1998, guiding the company from a startup to a large publicly traded HCM software provider. He has extensive expertise in cloud-based payroll and HR technology, cybersecurity, and data privacy, and has overseen Paycom's strategic vision and growth into one of the first companies to offer cloud-based payroll services. Under his leadership, Paycom has grown to serve approximately 37,500 clients and achieved $1.88 billion in annual revenue.
