Dariush Ajami, PhD, has served as Chief Innovation Officer since July 2018, having joined Beyond Meat in June 2015. Prior to Beyond Meat, he was an Assistant Professor of Molecular Assembly at The Scripps Research Institute, where he worked on molecular assembly, natural products, and therapeutic development.
