About

David Lorber is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PhenixFIN Corporation since January 1, 2021. He is a Co-Founder of FrontFour Capital, an investment adviser, serving as Portfolio Manager since 2007, and Co-Founder of FrontFour Capital Corp. serving as Principal since 2011. He previously worked as Senior Investment Analyst at Pirate Capital LLC and held positions at Vantis Capital Management and Cushman & Wakefield.
