David N. Price was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of PriceSmart effective September 1, 2025, having been with the company since July 2017. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer from August 2023 to August 2025, leading Information Technology, PriceSmart.com, and Payment Solutions and Services. He holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from UC San Diego and is the son of Robert E. Price.
