Professional narrative

About

Dr. Treco has served on the CRISPR Therapeutics Board since June 2020 and as Lead Independent Director since December 2021. He co-founded Ra Pharmaceuticals (acquired by UCB) and Transkaryotic Therapies (acquired by Shire), and most recently served as CEO and Chairman of Inozyme Pharma (acquired by BioMarin in 2025). He holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from SUNY Stony Brook.
