Professional narrative

About

Gil C. Tily has been a director of Amkor since June 2019 and was appointed Lead Independent Director in May 2025. He served as Amkor's EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from May 2008 until his retirement in June 2019, and previously as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from June 2007. Prior to joining Amkor, he was a partner at Dechert LLP for 28 years. He holds an AB in Politics from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
