Jon Fosheim was CEO of Oak Hill REIT Management, LLC from 2005-2011, a hedge fund specializing in REIT investments. He was Principal and Co-founder of Green Street, a real estate analytics firm, from 1985-2005. He brings extensive investment management, finance, strategic planning, governance and REIT experience.
