Mr. Ilgenfritz has served as Chief Product Officer of Cohu since January 2025, leading all hardware product groups including semiconductor test, interface solutions, test handlers, and inspection metrology. He joined Cohu in 2011 and previously held general management and product project management roles at Infineon Technologies and Rohde & Schwarz.
