Professional narrative

About

Walter C. D. Carlson brings substantial experience with respect to Array and the wireless industry as a result of his many years as an investor in TDS, as a trustee of the TDS Voting Trust, and as a director and Chair of the TDS Board. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of TDS in February 2025 and as the senior executive of Array's parent, the board considers it essential that he serve on the Array board.
