Nuria Santamaría Wolfe

Nuria Santamaría Wolfe directs the AI for Business program at USC Marshall School of Business. Before USC, she held leadership roles at Meta, Twitter, and Accenture, and key roles at startups with successful exits, including EQAL and Consorte Media. She co-founded Encantos, the award-winning education technology company that Fast Company named one of its Most Innovative Companies in 2021. Nuria is currently a Partner at Alpha, which empowers board directors in the AI era.
Nuria has been featured in Business Insider, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal. Her honors include AdAge's "Woman to Watch," DDN's "40 Under 40 Silicon Valley," and Walker's Legacy's "Power50 Woman." She graduated from Stanford University with degrees in Economics and Spanish.
