Shiv Singh is a public company board director, C-suite advisor, executive leader, and Fellow at the Alpha Institute for AI Governance. He brings more than two decades of experience across governance, growth, artificial intelligence, marketing, digital transformation, and customer strategy.
For the past nine years, Shiv has served on the Board of Directors of United Rentals, a Fortune 300 company. He is a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors and a member of the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence.
Shiv is CEO of Savvy Matters, a C-suite advisory firm that helps senior leaders navigate AI transformation, growth strategy, and marketing operations. He is also Co-Founder of AI Trailblazers, a platform bringing together marketers, technologists, founders, and investors shaping the future of AI.
His current doctoral research examines how agentic AI is redefining human expertise, identity, self-worth, and accountability in the workplace, bringing a distinctive leadership and governance lens to the human implications of technological change.
